BBC - Schools - GCSE Bitesize Revision - Business Studies
Aimed at students revising for GCSE exams (i.e. 14-16 years) in Britain, the site covers six topics : Business Aims and Organisation, Business Environment, Finance, Marketing, People in Business and Production. Each topic is divided into subtopics. For example, the Marketing section deals with Branding & Packaging, The Marketing Mix, Market Research, Market Segmentation and Product Lifecycle. There is a Glossary of key terms and a TRUE/FALSE test for each topic. Sample GCSE exam questions, answers and examiner’s notes are also given. A useful resource for acquiring the basic vocabulary in different business areas.

English-Online Business Studies Course in Marketing
This course is part of the English for Everybody and looks at marketing, advertising, and public relations. The lessons are for students who are at about the TOEFL or CAE level of English. Each unit has three areas of study:
I. - pre-teaches the vocabulary you will find in parts II & III.
II. - is a report or discussion dealing with a marketing campaign. You may need to answer questions, or interpret charts or statistics.
III. - is a document or some form of marketing which follows from the material you have seen in part II. Again you may have to interpret the material or answer questions.
One of the few free courses for learners of English in the area of marketing. Excellent for improving reading and vocabulary skills.
